BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their senior leadership team with an experienced Head of Campaign Management.
This role is based full-time in the new San Jose HQ. Relocation and visa support is provided. This is not a remote role.
Your focus will be delivering lifecycle, triggered and ad hoc campaigns that deliver excitement and entertainment to our players!
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the CRM Director, you’ll own the CRM Campaign Planning & Management process, ensuring each individual campaign meets our customers and business needs.
- You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing CRM Delivery processes which enable the delivery of a high-volume, highly targeted campaign calendar to support the ever changing demands of an iGaming business.
- Evolve and grow the businesses campaign capabilities in collaboration with our marketing technology specialists to deliver reactive, real time and highly personalized campaigns.
- Shape the companies ever changing approach to VIP management to ensure our best customers feel cared for and rewarded. Directly managing a team of account managers, defining the outreach and targeting strategies to deliver effective VIP campaigns.
- Own and manage the promotional calendar for different customer groups across our main product verticals. Ensuring effective use of promotional budget and optimization of bonus spend.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends across the CRM & Gaming industry and make recommendations for new campaign approaches and strategies.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel CRM & Loyalty programs that drive incremental revenue with experience managing and developing a team.
- Must have extensive experience across both enterprise and mid-range CRM systems
- A track record of optimizing and delivering lifecycles and complex customer segmentation is required.
- Strong collaboration and experience influencing and driving senior commercial stakeholder decisions is essential.
- Great analytical ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions is needed with an ability to distill complex topics to varying experience levels and seniority.
- Driven, passionate, and determined, a self-motivator with a knack for problem-solving.
- Fully proficient in written and verbal English.
- Ability to relocate to Costa Rica to join the rest of the team is a must!
