Infrastructure & Operations Team Lead (Relocation Package on Offer)

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Team Lead to guide and shape the future of IT infrastructure and operations for our client. This leadership role involves managing a team that delivers cutting-edge IT solutions and drives innovation in the digital workplace. Key focus areas include Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the 3rd Line Infrastructure and Operations team.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft systems in Azure Cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Oversee VMware vSphere Clusters and cloud services for a geographically diverse workforce.
• Enforce high-security standards and automate processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Service Desk teams and manage project delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Own IT project planning and budgeting aligned with organizational goals.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in systems administration, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing VMware vSphere and Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and task prioritization skills.

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in Azure, M365, mobility technologies, and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in VMware ESXi and Windows Server administration.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Desirable Skills:

• IT-related bachelor’s degree or certifications (e.g., Azure, M365).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with MacOS and Linux systems.
