What You’ll Do
- Cold call potential clients and book high-quality sales meetings.
- Multi-project management: After an initial warm-up phase, you’ll work on up to three different projects at once.
- Leverage diverse tools and CRMs: Adapt quickly to different sales setups and platforms for each client.
- Develop deep client knowledge: Understand each client’s business to effectively position their solutions.
- Consistently hit targets: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for booked meetings and conversion rates.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of sales experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and appointment setting.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
- Background in B2B SaaS or tech sales is highly advantageous.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and enrichment tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighlevel, Apollo).
- Resilient, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
