We are looking for: (qualifications)
- Very good English speaking and communication skills. Can handle and lead a client call with confidence.
- Experience using project management tools such as clickup, monday, trello, asana, is familiar with the methodologies of management.
- Managed multiple accounts at once, (10+). Can multi-task without feeling super overwhelmed.
- Experience in real estate is a bonus.
- Experience in marketing/branding/content/web/seo anything in the marketing space.
- Knowledge of management methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, etc.
- Team leader. Experience working with multiple team roles from various departments.
- Willing to commit for a full-time position for a long term 2 year+ contract.
- You must have very very good English speaking skills.
Payment Structure: Multiple 5-figure Canadian salary with benefits. You are given a consistent and growing Monthly Salary Payment Based On the Number Of Hours Of Commitment, Experience, and Skill. With an opportunity for growth. Specific Budget to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Payments will be discussed over the Zoom interview call. Open to understanding what your minimum requirements are! A customized proposal is created for you during the interview round! You must have very very good English speaking skills.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the project.
- Checking slack every day for client and team updates/questions/feedback etc.
- Manage the supply of raw video clips provided by the client - Make sure raw videos are provided on time to the team and fully edited videos are provided to you on time and with the best quality from the video editor.
- Check ALL work deliverables before they are posted live and/or sent to the client and provide revisions to the team for improvements.
- Research what content is performing well on YouTube as well as other sites of the client and their industry, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas along with the team.
- Providing strategy, consulting and guidance to the team and client on all matters.
- Making sure all communication is being attended to and taken care of in a professional timely manner.
- Log your progress in monday.com on a day-to-day basis, and keep the team informed of what's backlogged, work in progress, work done, and questions and concerns.
- Updating the client on any necessary updates - addressing questions and concerns related to your scope of work and experience.
- Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
- Do scrums day to day with the team to understand what work is being backlogged, in progress, done, etc. and to help identify any inefficiencies that require attention/help.
- Lead team meetings by creating meeting presentations, taking notes and following up with all members after the call with guided step-by-step actions.
- Managing all day-to-day workflows and communications in each project, from the client side and team side. All through slack, voice messages, screen share videos and zoom calls.
