Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to execute key HR operations and processes for South East Asia. This role requires a strong commitment to deadlines and accuracy, as well as a collaborative mindset to support HR initiatives across the region. The successful candidate will manage HR operations, coordinate recruitment activities, and contribute to regional HR projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a regional capacity and contribute to impactful HR initiatives.
*2-Year Contract Role with Potential for Permanent Conversion
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR operations for offices in South East Asia.
- Manage payroll preparation and processing, including compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF submission, IR8A filings, and leave grants).
- Maintain and update employee records, including career progression, salary adjustments, and absences.
- Handle work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate employee mobility benefits such as housing, car rentals, and relocation support.
2. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent for offices in South East Asia offices.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
- Deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Manage employee benefits, including medical insurance enrolment and deregistration.
3. HR Projects and Initiatives
- Support regional HR projects, including training, surveys, and HRIS implementation etc.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings and initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
Profile Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, preferably with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with labor laws and a basic understanding of financial principles.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with HR software systems such as Workday and TIMESOFT (e-payroll) will be a plus.
