Mid-Senior Business Analyst

As a Mid-Senior Business Analyst at ETHICS CODE, you will play a vital role in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable technical requirements. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with our company's values.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements effectively
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among team members
• Develop detailed business cases and project specifications to guide project execution
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Assist in the creation of user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and participate in testing activities
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong English language skills are essential
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in creating business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to derive insights from complex data
• Experience with agile project management frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools
• Business analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred but not mandatory
