Requirements

  • 2+ years of job experience
  • Experience with Excel (médium-high level)
  • Advanced English Level (>B2)
  • Basic knowledge of reading drawings and schemes formats
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple interactions efficiently
  • High level of conflict resolution
  • Proven track record of handling employee inquiries
  • Administrative support experience
  • Energetic Attitude and Adaptability
  • Strong Organizational Skills


Responsibilities

  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Establishing effective networks and supervising onshore and offshore resources to accomplish the project management and implementation
  • Be the main contact for inquiries and issue resolution in te company
  • Managing multiple priorities and pro-actively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and provide feedback for improvement
  • Understanding accessibility standards and the impact on the learning solution project plan, design, and implementation
  • Maintain organized documentation
  • Handle general administrative tasks

Required:

  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Extra Computer Monitor
  • Internet speed of at least 100MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Battery back up for computer
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
