YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing 360° Marketing Strategies
- Create and lead integrated marketing campaigns for interior design, e-commerce, and digital marketing sectors.
- Analyze brands and develop tailored strategies to boost authority and deliver measurable results.
- Leading Multidisciplinary Teams
- Oversee teams in social media, paid media, design, and content creation.
- Inspire and engage teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
- Managing Digital Presence and Paid Media Strategies
- Set objectives for campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Supervise and approve editorial calendars and engagement strategies across social media.
- Data Analysis and Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement across initiatives.
- Prepare management reports with actionable insights.
- Budget Planning and Resource Allocation
- Prioritize high-impact initiatives and strategically manage marketing budgets.
- Developing and Optimizing Internal Processes
- Establish best practices and workflows to enhance collaboration and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for daily communication with global teams and partners.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid experience in sales funnels, paid media, and social media, with a strategic vision and hands-on approach.
