Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director with extensive experience in 360° strategies, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to manage diverse projects in a 100% remote and international environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Developing 360° Marketing Strategies
  • Create and lead integrated marketing campaigns for interior design, e-commerce, and digital marketing sectors.
  • Analyze brands and develop tailored strategies to boost authority and deliver measurable results.
  1. Leading Multidisciplinary Teams
  • Oversee teams in social media, paid media, design, and content creation.
  • Inspire and engage teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
  1. Managing Digital Presence and Paid Media Strategies
  • Set objectives for campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Supervise and approve editorial calendars and engagement strategies across social media.
  1. Data Analysis and Performance Management
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement across initiatives.
  • Prepare management reports with actionable insights.
  1. Budget Planning and Resource Allocation
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives and strategically manage marketing budgets.
  1. Developing and Optimizing Internal Processes
  • Establish best practices and workflows to enhance collaboration and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for daily communication with global teams and partners.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid experience in sales funnels, paid media, and social media, with a strategic vision and hands-on approach.
  • Inspirational Leadership: Ability to motivate diverse teams in a remote work environment.
  • Analytical and Results-Oriented Mindset: Proven track record of meeting goals and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Organization and Proactivity: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with operational excellence.
