What You’ll Do:
As part of the SEO team, you’ll help implement strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and deliver impactful results for clients. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll refine your skills in SEO while working on award-winning campaigns.
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct advanced keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimizations to improve rankings and visibility.
- Website Audits: Perform site audits and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth and resolve issues affecting performance.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work with writers, designers, and developers to implement creative SEO strategies that align with client goals.
- Analyze & Report Performance: Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to track progress, analyze data, and create reports for clients.
- Test & Innovate: Experiment with new SEO tactics and adapt strategies to meet the challenges of evolving search engine algorithms.
- Client Engagement: Manage accounts with transparency and professionalism, explaining methods and results clearly during client interactions.
- 6+ months of experience in SEO, with hands-on familiarity using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts like internal linking, keyword cannibalization, and local SEO.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Great communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and clients.
- Adaptability to changes in Google’s algorithms and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
- Experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience managing your own website or blog, with measurable SEO success.
- Familiarity with industries like e-commerce, retail, or SaaS.
- A proven track record of trying creative approaches to solve SEO challenges or improve performance metrics.
- Fully remote position with flexible hours.
- Contractor role with 35–40 hours per week.
- Competitive pay: $4,500–$5,300 USD/month, based on experience.
