ProjectOn is an international company specializing in the e-commerce and payments industry, working together with all stakeholders, including banks, financial institutes, and international payment organizations. We offer a solution that allows businesses to implement modern payment tools that ensure effortless data collection, storage, and completion of transactions with just a few clicks. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat for issues related to the transactions.
- Escalating problematic cases to first-level technical support.
- Monitoring of transactions for technical issues.
Working Conditions:
- Fully remote employment. Shift-based work schedule, 4-5 shifts per week.
- Shift schedule: GMT+2, weekdays from 17:00 to 2:00, weekend shifts from 8:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 2:00.
Qualifications
- Ability to correspond effectively with both clients and the team.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Basic understanding of transaction processing is preferred.
- Experience working with processing site interfaces is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team.
