Job Description
This is a part time role 30-35 hrs per week.
What you will do:
- Independently manage and process employee lifecycle events with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Take ownership of resolving more complex employee and manager queries, providing solutions within SLA.
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, contributing to operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements, including liaison with Government offices.
- Train new team members on lifecycle processes, systems, and procedures.
Who you are:
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- You have advanced communication skills for handling complex queries and advising stakeholders.
- You are proficient in HRIS systems and reporting.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar operational role.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or invoice processing systems.
