We are looking for a IT Support Specialist Salesforce to join our team. This is your opportunity to work with a globally renowned client in the automotive sector, addressing high-impact technological challenges while advancing your career.

Education and experience requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT consulting or technical support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with multicultural teams and diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Adaptability and agility to work in dynamic and changing environments.
  • Focused on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Technical requirements


  • Experience in building and operating IT services.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (mandatory):
  • Customization and programming in Salesforce.
  • Incident resolution and support (L2/L3).
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Desired experience with APIs, microservices, and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of cloud IT architectures and services.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • AWS certifications or knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience or knowledge in automotive sales processes and/or accounting (valued).


Modality: full-remote.

Schedule: Flexible, Friday intensive.

English: C1.
