Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Manage and streamline all aspects of daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Continuously refine and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Employee Engagement:
- Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, team-building events, and cross-jurisdictional activities that support a vibrant and inclusive MANTRA work culture.
HR Projects:
- Manage exciting HR projects that support company goals and foster innovation across the organization.
Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process to provide a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires, from completing paperwork to ensuring successful integration into the team.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with pre-employment vendors, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Liaise with payroll agents to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support the coordination and management of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings and alignment with company strategy.
- Administer MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) contributions and employee insurance enrollment processes.
Expatriate Support:
- Manage expatriate working visa applications and provide relocation and immigration assistance.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations that enhance HR strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date HR records and databases. Ensure the integrity and security of employee data.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR operations.
- Fast-paced environment: proven track record of working in a fast paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in crypto/blockchain industry is a great advantage
- HR systems: Proficiency in utilizing HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and administration.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous Learning: Curious and self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Team Player: Self-motivated, independent, and objective, with strong logical thinking and the ability to contribute to a team environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
