Your Role
As the Customer Success Account Manager, you will:
- Act as the key contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Conduct cold calls to onboard new clients and upsell additional services.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships with decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales, retention, and upselling targets.
- Offer strategic recommendations to optimize client use of our solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve issues seamlessly.
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling.
- Consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and skilled at achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluent in German and English (B2 level or above); additional language skills are a plus.
