Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Marketing Manager (fully bilingual in English) to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing projects and campaigns. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a proven ability to execute marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement.
This role is hired as a contractor, 100% Remote and, payment in USD. English proficiency is required (C1 or above)
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Marketing Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives in all marketing materials and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing projects with broader business objectives.
- Communicate project goals, updates, and results to stakeholders across departments.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project outcomes, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Resource Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to support project deliverables.
- Optimize the use of marketing tools, platforms, and resources to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management or a related role
- English proficiency (C2 or above)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau) for tracking campaign performance.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
