About the Role:
A dynamic and growing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to oversee key HR functions and processes. In this role, you’ll manage everything from onboarding to payroll, employee benefits, and compliance, while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with opportunities to contribute to performance management, training initiatives, and employee retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate personnel records and data.
- Handle all HR-related administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and document preparation.
- Organize and maintain personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address third-party payments for legal, virtual office, and HRIS systems.
- Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct payroll administration and attendance management.
- Implement performance management and training initiatives.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Lead employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in labor relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
