Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Thai-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to lead business development efforts with a strong focus on bringing in new logos and driving revenue growth. Based in Singapore, this is a high-impact hunting role responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing the entire sales cycle, and delivering tailored solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate leads to acquire new logos through networking, cold calling, and targeted campaigns.
- Drive a full-cycle sales process, including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders in Marketing and HR to align solutions with their strategic goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand the client base.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to position solutions effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of acquiring new logos and closing complex SaaS deals.
- Proven ability to generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-stakes deals with C-suite executives in enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business needs and ability to present value-driven solutions.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce and comfortable using technology to drive efficiency.
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, and resilience.
