Are you a strategic marketing leader with deep expertise in driving growth for B2B SaaS? We’re seeking a Marketing Director to lead the go-to-market strategy for the Portuguese market. This role will be responsible for creating a robust, data-driven omnichannel approach spanning SEO, performance marketing, content, social media, events, and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy that ensures sustained growth and brand impact.
- Drive Organic Growth: Spearhead inbound strategies to boost traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue in the Portuguese market.
- Optimize with Data Set measurable KPIs, track ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales Align with sales teams to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Enhance Product Story: Amplify our product's value to key decision-makers in HR, finance, and operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Provide a bilingual level of Portuguese.
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing and growth-driven, data-led campaigns.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experiencie in the Portuguese market.
- Location: Position based in Barcelona (relocation package offered in case of relocation to Barcelona).
