Role Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with the expertise and vision to scale Codeless ONE in the B2B SaaS market. Your role will be pivotal in building a high-performance marketing engine, driving product-led growth, and optimizing lead acquisition. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker ready to scale our brand and expand market reach.
Responsibilities
- Scalable Go-to-Market & Brand Strategy: Design GTM strategies and brand positioning for product updates to drive growth.
- Demand Generation & Product-Led Growth: Develop data-driven demand generation programs and support product-led growth strategies, such as free trials or freemium models, to drive customer acquisition.
- Content & SEO Strategy: Lead content strategy to fuel organic growth, utilizing SEO best practices and creating engaging content for lead nurturing.
- Lifecycle Marketing & Retention: Implement marketing tactics across the customer lifecycle to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV), focusing on acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Community & Advocacy Programs: Build community engagement and customer advocacy programs to drive loyalty and referrals.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute ABM strategies, delivering tailored experiences for high-value accounts.
- Pricing & Packaging Optimization: Experiment with pricing strategies and packaging to attract different customer segments.
- Referral & Partner Programs: Design and launch referral campaigns and identify strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Analytics & KPI Tracking: Establish scalable analytics frameworks to measure KPIs, with preferred experience using HubSpot & Google Analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing and revenue alignment.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, offering fresh ideas and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing with experience scaling a solution
- 5+ years in paid advertising across platforms like Google and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation and personalization
- Expertise in content marketing, SEO, lead nurturing, ABM, and organic social media growth strategies
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies (PLG) and customer lifecycle marketing
- Strong background in referral and partner program management
- Experience with budgeting and ROI-driven marketing tactics
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a customer-focused approach to marketing
