JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create marketing collaterals regarding job posting, infographics, and other related recruitment marketing contents.
- Understand applicant market trends by analyzing social media data.
- Manage Social Media pages of the company to attract the right talents.
- Create events to increase brand promotion and employer branding.
- Manage budget allocation for certain social media sites.
- Create and suggest content to increase brand power on social media and other digital job platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing team regarding strategies on how to increase Social Media presence.
- Reports to the head of recruitment for overall recruitment marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years digital marketing and social media practical experience.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing specifically in Recruitment and Talent marketing.
- Can understand trends specifically in the applicant market.
- Trainable, creative, and has a knack on content creation.
- Can use several photo and video editing tools.
- Videography and Graphics design skills is required.
- Good technical writing skills
- High level understanding of social media analytics and using data to drive the direction of content and brand.
