We are looking for you! A detail-oriented leader who excels at managing technical teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of automation solutions. You'll be responsible for leading our automation specialists and ensuring our Hiring Funnels meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
We are a >$1M ARR SaaS company that helps small business owners solve their number one problem: putting the right people in the right seats in their companies. We do this through a combination of AI and behavioral science to quickly and accurately determine who is right for the roles our customers are hiring. We are investor backed and already have significant customer acquisition and build traction.

What you will do each day:
- Lead and manage a team of 6-12 automation specialists
- Perform thorough quality assurance on Hiring Funnels before client release
- Monitor and optimize funnel performance KPIs
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues and implement solutions
- Ensure consistent high-quality delivery across all team projects
- Maintain clear communication channels with both team and clients
This is a fully remote position and will be working US-based hours. We're looking for someone who can maintain high standards while leading a growing team and ensuring our automation solutions continue to exceed client expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $1,500 - $3,000 per month depending on experience
