- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, with expertise in sales enablement, CRM systems, and lead generation.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to create and implement successful marketing and content strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong experience managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
