Job Description

Senior Network Infrastructure Project Manager

Start date: 2 January 2025, 9 months mission with extension possibility, fully remote


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project/Program management
  • Experience working with Global remote teams
  • Agile mindset
  • Autonomy – able to work independently as an individual contributor
  • Organisation skills – able to organise and simplify complex environments
  • Communication skills – able to work and engage all sorts of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action and a track record of driving results
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and uncertainty
  • Quick learner with a fervent passion for technology and innovation
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish - any other European language is a plus
  • Experience with Jira, Monday.com and Google workspace, PMP, Prince
  • Scrum certification


Your Activities

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources, communication).
  • Coordinate project tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Manage scope, risks, and resource allocation with functional managers.


Leadership and Stakeholders

• Lead and support the project team.

• Act as the primary contact for technical teams and site stakeholders.

• Address stakeholder queries and manage communications.

• Host Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.


Documentation and Reporting

• Create, manage, and secure sign-off for project deliverables.

• Store all documentation in shared folders.

• Report project status to Programme Team and site management.


Procurement and Finances

• Define and track the project budget.

• Manage procurement: quotes, RFQs, purchase orders, and deliveries.


Vendor and Technical Coordination

• Oversee external vendors and technical teams to meet project scope.

• Align requirements and timelines with local/global teams.


Programme Support

• Assist in delivering programme milestones.

• Provide input and guidance during reviews.
