WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Closely collaborate with Project managers on IT project objectives, task management, deadlines, and follow up
- Manage all aspects of the project financials
- Capture and maintain accurate financial records and ensure a weekly / regular financial reporting
- Manage technology financial forecasting and updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate a regular meeting with Technology economics and RES / Japan finance teams
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor project budget closely and track financial healthy performance
- Capture and Track project risks, issues and lesson learned through the project
- Maintain a risk and issue register and ensure proactive issue resolutions and escalation to stakeholders
- Document and maintain project documentations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Oversee Confluence and folder governance through shared drive
- Tracking of tasks and action items
- Collaborate with technology teams and ensure smooth migration processes and schedule
- Consolidate project migration status report for stakeholders
- Assist with monitoring and responses with the project mailbox
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and follow-up actions
- Facilitate meetings with line of business and follow up with meeting minutes
- Coordinate weekend power-down/maintenance activities (in-lieu time-off would be provided)
- Assist with other PMO responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

- Proven 3-5 years of experience in Technology projects (IT relocation projects preferable)
- Familiarity with Technology Infra such as AV, Network, Cabling, Desktop infra
- Project Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to support medium to large, scaled projects with good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong budget reporting and management skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in collaborative environments and supporting remote and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tool such as Confluence, MS office
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking).
- Adaptable with a Positive mindset
- Experience working in within the banking or financial services sector
- PMP Certification
