Job Description

Our client, a fast growing fintech specializing in seamless remittance and payment solutions and banking service between Canada and Nigeria is seeking to hire Online Sales Agents across Canada.

We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Only Online Sales Agents. This role offers an exciting opportunity for self-starters who excel in a remote work environment and are passionate about fintech and international finance.

You will enrol new users, support their onboarding and support them in completing transactions on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on individuals and businesses involved in Canada-Nigeria remittances and trade
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new user acquisitions and business partnerships
  • Utilize digital tools and social media for lead generation and client engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

  • You currently live in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian-Canadian community or business landscape is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (especially those common in Nigeria) are an asset
  • Strong understanding of remittance services and international trade dynamics is a plus.
