The Role

Slate is looking for an experienced growth marketing professional to drive digital marketing strategy, build awareness and demand, and create growth across the funnel. The Growth Marketing Specialist will develop and deploy highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns, setting key performance metrics and creating regular reporting on analytics. As the steward of our brand channels, including website, SEO/SEM, social channels, email and advertising platforms, this person will interact with product, sales, customer success and the marketing team to ensure product market fit, capture opportunities to create meaningful content across channels, measure and optimize results.

You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with other marketing leaders to align growth efforts with broader company objectives. This position requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize performance of digital marketing channels
  • Manage social channels and editorial calendar of organic and paid content and campaigns, with an emphasis on LinkedIn
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel
  • Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies
  • Work with sales to create meaningful nurture campaigns
  • Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend
  • Oversee ad unit development, testing, and analysis for continuous improvement

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition, digital and/or growth marketing
  • Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO
  • Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Up-to-date knowledge of B2B best practices
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Mailchimp for email campaigns
  • Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Google Ads / Analytics/ Tag Manager / Search Console
  • Atlassian / Jira / Confluence
  • Microsoft Office 365
