Role: Voice User Interface Consultant
Location: 100% REMOTE
Job type: 06+ Month’s contract
Voice/Text/Chat User Interface, We need Voice User Interface designers which is a separate skill from the normal User Interface designers which is visual. May be we should call this position as Voice User Interface/Customer Experience designers.
Job Description
- Understand the scope of chatbot/ voice bot as defined by business analyst
- Design BOT personality based on business needs
- Design the responses and further questions based on the intents identified
- define the contextual flow of conversation
- Design the complex enterprise requirement, which involves designing multiple BOTs
- Design UI for Chatbots
Qualification
- Work experience 5+ years
- Relevant experience 2+ years
- Worked on a project for developing conversational BOT (Speech Bot or Chat BOT)
- Minimum 3 projects completed
- Exposure to Lex/ GDF or any other AI platform
- Understands customer service industry/ contact center
- GDF / Lex training completion certificate
Good to have:
- Developer experience on GDF/Lex
- Conversation design course
- Proficiency in Language other than English
