Job Description

Regional Sales Manager for Track Systems for Crawler Machinery

Location: Istanbul and surrounding area within a 150 km radius

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and attract new clients, create and maintain a client database, hold meetings and presentations, and finalize contracts.
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and address their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
  • Maintain sales reports and conduct analytics.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with distributors and partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of spare parts for heavy tractor equipment.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and readiness for frequent travel within the region.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Turkey.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and achieve results.
  • Responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the heavy tractor equipment spare parts market (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Hidromek) is an advantage.
  • Higher education in mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), and proficiency with office equipment (fax, MFP).
