We are now seeking two mid-level QA Salesforce professional from Romania, to join our expert Multi-Cloud team.
The ideal candidates will have solid experience in testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) OR Salesforce Core (Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud), along with a deep understanding of the associated business processes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of deployed Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test scripts for SFMC OR Salesforce Core functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams to understand requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and performance issues, and work with developers to resolve them. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Participate in delivery activities to ensure quality from the early stages of the development cycle.
- Use test management and defect tracking tools to monitor and manage testing activities.
- Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and QA standards.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a QA, with specific expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) OR Salesforce Core( Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features and configurations.
- Experience with both automated and manual testing tools.
- Scripting and programming skills (Apex, Visualforce, Amscript, JavaScript, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Salesforce certification (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud OR SFMC Test management tools (such as JIRA, TestRail, XRay, etc.) Automated testing tools is a plus (such as Selenium, Provar, etc.)
- Knowledge of project cycle, Agile and Scrum methodologies
