Digital Marketing Designer

As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will be an instrumental member of our team, helping to drive client growth through high-performing designs and informing our creative workflow and process. You will work with a wide array of leading companies as an extension of their team to help them hit their acquisition goals by creating best-in-class, high-performing creative assets for social and display advertising networks.

Responsibilities:

• Produce beautiful, attention-grabbing videos, images, motion graphic ads, and/or landing pages that are informed by data.
• Produce exceptional video and motion graphics content in a fast-paced environment.
• Edit and produce engaging video content, adding music, sound fx, color correction, adding motion graphics, text overlays, and captions.
• Ensure that the content is optimized for social media platforms.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
• Iterate on creative concepts based on performance and internal/client feedback.
• Develop and follow design templates and design standards to ensure brand integrity.
• Collaborate with our creative team on processes and strategies to develop an internal creative workflow.

You are:

• Passionate about creating compelling, high-quality video and motion graphics content for social media.
• An experienced digital designer with a portfolio of work from roles at a digital agency or as a seasoned freelancer
• Design-driven, but employ a strategy-led approach to executing visual concepts.
• Well-versed in video editing techniques and graphic design principles.
• Able to communicate and back up design decisions in a client setting
• Experienced designing paid ads for FB, IG, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Very familiar with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and other industry-standard motion graphics applications.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
• A self-starter, proactive, strong communicator (both internal & external)
• Skilled at and thrive working 100% remotely
• Ready to work during US business hours (conference calls, Slack, etc.)

This is a remote position open to any locations in LATAM.
