Customer Success Engineer – Embedded Voice AI

The Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented Customer Success Engineer to join their innovative team. This role will serve as the crucial link between our client's cutting-edge voice AI solutions and their customers' success. The ideal candidate will guide product integration, optimize deployments, and ensure the technology aligns perfectly with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support:
- Engage in technical discussions with prospects to understand their needs and position our client's solutions effectively
- Lead compelling demonstrations of the voice AI technology
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team, assisting in the creation of custom solutions
Post-Sales Customer Success:
- Guide customers through product onboarding and training
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor
- Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage our client's technology
- Resolve technical challenges and conduct impactful product demonstrations
Project Management and Professional Services:
- Manage project deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate client-specific features
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Customer Delivery Enhancement:
- Improve delivery processes through automation and technical enhancements
- Create comprehensive documentation and sample code
- Provide product feedback based on customer insights
Required Skills:
- Experience in customer-facing tech roles, combining pre-sales and post-sales support
- Strong project management skills, especially in custom development
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging, with embedded systems understanding
- Hands-on coding capability in Java (basic/intermediate) and C++ proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
