Job Description
Our major hospitality client is searching for a Jr. Project Manager to join their team, this role is fully remote unless you are located in the Atlanta area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Program Manager to support various project management activities. Be prepared to run meetings in case of scheduling conflicts.
- Status Reporting: Generate and distribute weekly status reports to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and milestones.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Project Management: Assist in managing the project management life cycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
- Documentation and Tools Management: Utilize tools such as Clarity, Excel, Rally, Teams, and SharePoint to manage project documentation and track progress.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the project management life cycle and best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity, Excel, Rally, Teams, and SharePoint is beneficial.
