What will be your impact:
As a IT Support Specialist, you will be in the Ops team working on the improvement of the daily database migrations process. This means you will have to deal with our new customers' data to meet our actual standards. Your performance will have a significant impact on the growth speed of bsport. You will have to :

What will be your impact:
As a IT Support Specialist, you will be in the Ops team working on the improvement of the daily database migrations process. This means you will have to deal with our new customers' data to meet our actual standards. Your performance will have a significant impact on the growth speed of bsport. You will have to :
- Extract data thanks to web scraping scripts
- Transform data to fit our standards (using mySQL)
- Execute the whole ETL process for our new clients
- Detect technical improvements in our scripts and suggest fixes
- Keep a customer-oriented spirit and a team spirit
- Be a key technical POC to support customer service teams & our clients
- Have a direct impact on new clients onboarding success
- Be the link between business and tech team
- Native level of English and/or French
- Good level in excel
- Python and SQL proficiency
- Engineering studies or business with a Master in Science
- Looking for an end of study internship
- Good communication skills
- Past experiences in a start-up and in data-oriented or technical operation roles will be highly regarded
- Organisational skills and team player (you don’t code for yourself, you code for others)
- Someone who likes to be challenged and learn new things
