Executive Recruitment Asia is excited to support a dynamic group of companies in the iGaming industry in their search for a skilled HR Generalist. This fully remote role operates primarily within the APAC timezone and plays a pivotal role in supporting the business owners (UBOs) and managing HR functions across various companies in the group. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented HR professional, adept in administrative tasks and comfortable with remote collaboration.
The HR Generalist will manage a broad range of HR functions to support a remote workforce, from onboarding and contract management to general HR administration. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a passion for supporting employee lifecycle processes within an international and fully remote model.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and leavers.
- Employment Contracts & Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring all information is securely stored and easily accessible.
- Payroll Coordination: Liaise with payroll providers and assist in processing payroll changes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments across regions.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate and support benefits administration, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other employee benefits.
- Performance Management Support: Assist in coordinating performance reviews, tracking deadlines, and facilitating employee feedback processes.
- Policy Development: Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, keeping teams informed of relevant HR practices and updates.
- Employee Relations: Support employee relations efforts by addressing queries and assisting with conflict resolution, fostering a positive remote work culture.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all HR practices comply with local employment regulations and data protection standards across jurisdictions.
- Training & Development Support: Organise training sessions, track participation, and assist with career development initiatives.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a remote HR role, particularly within the APAC timezone, is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of HR practices in an iGaming business is a must have for this role.
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a remote, multicultural team.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Self-Disciplined: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability in a remote work environment.
