Our Australia-based client is seeking a highly creative, analytical, and results-driven Media Buyer (Facebook & TikTok) to join their dynamic marketing team. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Facebook and TikTok advertising best practices, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization.

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Facebook and TikTok advertising best practices, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with client goals.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Facebook and TikTok's advertising tools, including Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel.
- Content Testing: Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization of ad creative to maximize performance.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns using metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with Facebook and TikTok's platform changes and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Proven experience managing Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms, plus analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Facebook Blueprint certification or equivalent is a plus.
