What will your responsibilities be?
- Prepare efficient wage and salary payrolls
- Maintain the payroll systems (wages categories and taxation etc.)
- Enter in personnel data for new employees and update current data where necessary
- Compile monthly variables
- Calculate earnings from timesheets, production records or individual time records, including overtime or shift payments
- Process attachments of salary completely
- Make salary deductions where instructed due to local taxation (e.g. company car, fringe benefits etc.)
- Monitor relocation expenses, taking taxation into account and maintenance of two households
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports for governmental and other external agencies regarding company payment of various taxes, group insurance premiums, union dues, etc. Calculate vacation and sick pay
- Make pension scheme deductions to salary in accordance with national and company regulations
- Compile appropriate lists for the Accounting Department
- Min. 3 years in payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of tax and social security
- Knowledge of general HR
- HRIS, Paisy
- MS Office, Excel
