The Role
- Lead and own all DTC merchandising efforts for your product category, collaborating with global counterparts to shape seasonal strategies.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales data to maximize category potential and drive growth.
- Work closely with Design and Product Development teams to align commercial needs with the design direction.
- Collaborate with other product teams to define optimal consumer assortments and key seasonal product pushes.
- Oversee forecasting and capacity planning to ensure smooth product launches.
- Manage data integrity within the PLM system and streamline processes to increase efficiency.
Your Profile
They're looking for a merchandising expert with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Key experience needed:
- Extensive experience in merchandising, ideally within a DTC business.
- Experience with premium or luxury brands is non-negotiable—whether with a large or boutique brand.
- A global merchandising remit is essential (not just localised markets).
- Strong understanding of product and a keen eye for aesthetics, balanced with a highly analytical approach.
- Proven track record of driving KPIs and business growth.
- Expert in Excel and data analysis, with experience managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with PLM systems.
