Responsibilities
- A subject matter expert at Cyber Cat Risk modelling software products to clients
- Training and onboarding for multiple cyber insurance clients with a focus on cyber accumulation
- Contributes to formalization of the business workflow and where CyberCube fits in, clients stakeholders and processes
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Collaboration with Product, Analytics and Engineering teams, acting as the voice of the client by providing client feedback
- Managing escalation points in product / service delivery
- Maintain customer health tracking / HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management software) records for accounts
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. actuarial, statistics, data science, mathematics, economics, finance, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably within cyber underwriting or other related insurance background
- Experience in client facing management / relationship building / account management
- Strong communications skills in English both oral and written
- Passionate about troubleshooting and solving clients complex issues
- Expert with Excel and PowerPoint
- Awareness of cyber security issues
- Experience in analytical modelling
- Experience using Power BI, Python, R
