Currently we are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager / Community Manager who:
- Possesses excellent communication skills and is proficient in B2B communication on social media, as well as engaging with platform users (B2C).
- Is up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and knows how to leverage them effectively to build a community around the brand.
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation in creating engaging marketing content while keeping sales goals in mind.
- Has an analytical approach to measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of social media activities.
What We Expect:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in brand communication on social media (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Instagram).
- Strong organizational skills, self-reliance in executing assigned tasks, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).
- Proficiency in Polish (both written and spoken).
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Flexibility and readiness to implement changes (we work in a dynamic environment).
- Ability to make independent decisions and set priorities.
- Proactive approach to tasks and a strong motivation for professional development and expanding knowledge in social media.
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in social media, analytical tools, and strategies for engaging online communities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Fintech industry.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on social media.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva and CapCut (for graphic design and video creation).
- Experience in preparing ad copy for LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and Slack.
- Responsibilities:
- Managing content and communication on social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, X, Discord).
- Planning and executing the publishing schedule.
- Building relationships with community members through regular interactions and responding to questions and comments.
- Using analytical tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign results.
- Optimizing content based on data analysis to increase engagement and achieve business goals.
- Identifying new trends and opportunities in social media and recommending innovative solutions.
