We are looking for an analytical and experienced person for the position of Marketing Analyst who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in marketing data analysis, in the FinTech and B2B sectors preferred;
- Highly skilled in utilising analytical platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and Hubspot;
- Skilfully interprets data and draws conclusions to support marketing decisions;
- He has experience in planning and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in marketing analytics;
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, CRM, Hotjar;
- Ability to configure and implement analytical tools;
- Ability to create advanced reports and presentations;
- Fluent knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- Strategic thinking (understanding the broader context);
- Good work organization, planning skills and punctuality;
- The ability to analyze information and data, discover and notice relationships, and draw conclusions based on them;
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of the FinTech industry;
- Knowledge of marketing trends and interest in new technologies;
- Experience working with data using SQL.
The responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, processing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from various sources;
- Identifying trends, patterns and relationships in data;
- Optimization of marketing campaigns based on analyzes;
- Design and implementation of analytical processes and information flow;
- Working with large and diverse data sets, having strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience gathering requirements, leading projects and prioritizing tasks;
- Designing and delivering critical analytics to support business operations and forecast key performance indicators;
- Solving technical problems with tools and monitoring, developing analytical tools in the company.
