About The Role

It all starts with people, so we are looking for a passionate Office Manager, Part-time.

About Your Tasks

  • Showing our new joiners our office on their first day and how everything works, safety exits
  • You take care of birthdays, anniversaries, vouchers and other benefits for our employees
  • You support the planning and organization of company-wide events and meetings and work closely with the teams and management
  • Support in travel tool management and travel bookings
  • Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering
  • Plan in-office or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations in collaboration with the People team

About You

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager
  • Very good written and spoken German (min B2) and English (B2) skills
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
