- Exceptional Customer Support: Your main role as a Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor involves providing outstanding assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. Address inquiries, offer product details, process orders, and efficiently resolve issues to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Order Handling: Manage customer orders by overseeing processing, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.
- Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to effectively address customer queries.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, finding suitable solutions promptly. If necessary, escalate complex cases to senior team members or management to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement proactive measures and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) is a prerequisite.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
