Job Description
Our client, Five Iron Golf, is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Analyst to join their Analytics team. In this advisory role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts. You have a proven track record using quantitative analysis to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
This role is hired as a Contractor, 100% Remote, Payment in USD. English proficiency is required (C1 or above)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data from various digital marketing channels, including paid and organic search, social media, affiliate marketing and display advertising, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Contribute to predictive analytics, forecasting campaign performance and customer behavior
- Provide detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
- Work closely with the Marketing team to provide data-driven recommendations on campaign strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments to inform personalized marketing initiatives and enhance targeting precision
- Advise on the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets
- Perform attribution modeling to determine the effectiveness of various marketing channels and touchpoints in the customer journey
- Continuously refine analytical methodologies to improve the accuracy and reliability of marketing insights, collaborating with the web, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless data collection across systems
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategy
- Identify new growth opportunities and potential risks through data-driven market analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing analytics, providing guidance and training to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related quantitative field
- Proven success in a marketing or data role with a focus on marketing analytics, performance marketing, or digital advertising
- Strong background in data modeling and predictive analytics using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other paid media tools
- English proficiency (C1 or above)
Required Skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4; experience with Looker Studio preferred
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis, is strongly preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and marketing automation tools, such as ActiveCampaign
- Experience in the sports entertainment or a similar B2C entertainment/hospitality industry
- Knowledge of golf and/or knowledge of casual dining offerings
