Job Description
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Responsible for coordination of Expat Management and Services matters.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Focal person on Expatriates Management and Services starts from mobilization until demobilization activities
- Arrange and conduct orientation of Expatriates on HRIS, Immigration legislation, Tax policy, country cultures, opening a bank account, and other Expatriate management onboarding processes.
- Regular communication with all Expatriates regarding work permit application status, expense claims, relocation arrangement, schooling, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
- Reviewing and processing expenses and reimbursements due Expatriate assignment benefits and entitlement
- Support National on Assignment administration matters in Host Country such as Accommodation, Schooling, Visa, Work Permit etc.
- Responsible to support relocation activities for all Expatriate movements (end to end process)
- Responsible on Relocation contract renewal and ACV utilization.
- Responsible to support Expatriates’ schooling, banking, club membership, etc.
- Maintain Expatriate contact information for Evacuation Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English utilizing good oral and written skills
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS
Desirable
- Oil and gas industry experience
