Job Title: LinkedIn Ads Expert
Location: Remote (Full-time)
Salary Range: PKR 150,000 - PKR 250,000 (depending on experience)
8leads.io is a digital marketing agency specializing in B2B lead generation through LinkedIn. We help businesses amplify their personal brands and execute successful LinkedIn advertising campaigns. We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Ads expert who can create high-converting ads for B2B clients and provide consultation on ad creatives.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeted at B2B audiences, ensuring high ROI and conversion rates.
- Creative Consultation: Collaborate with the design and creative teams, providing input and guidance on the types of creatives (images, videos, carousel ads) that drive engagement and conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor ad performance, optimizing campaigns based on insights, and providing detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Audience Targeting: Set up and optimize audience targeting for each campaign, utilizing LinkedIn's advanced targeting options such as ABM lists and custom audiences.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and high-converting ad copy tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel.
- Consultative Role: Serve as an in-house expert on LinkedIn Ads for the team and clients, providing ongoing guidance and recommendations.
- Proven experience in creating and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns, specifically for B2B businesses.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads Manager and its features (audience targeting, campaign creation, bidding strategies).
- Ability to consult with creative teams on visual and text elements that work best for LinkedIn.
- Experience with performance marketing, data analysis, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on ads.
- Knowledge of broader digital marketing concepts is a plus (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Familiarity with using analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Understanding of B2B buyer personas and the marketing funnel.
