Brand Management :
- Drive marketing activation strategies to reinforce brand leadership across challenging markets in the Netherlands.
- Define and execute the marketing mix (product portfolio, innovations, promotions) with a clear focus on brand impact, sales growth, profit, and market share.
- Develop and manage the media plan for the Netherlands, ensuring optimal brand visibility.
- Manage the local marketing budget, conduct category reviews, and report on key KPIs, including market shares, sales performance, and media campaigns.
E-Commerce Growth & Strategy:
- Lead e-commerce initiatives to elevate our business within key online retail channels.
- Build and implement strategic plans for online assortment, pricing, and promotions, leveraging the latest market insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth execution of online strategies.
- Analyze brand, client, and market data to inform decisions and optimize e-commerce performance.

Required Skills:
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
- Experience in Brand Management, E-Commerce, or Trade Marketing, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- A strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and the ability to convert insights into concrete actions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, result-driven attitude with a passion for delivering impactful brand and e-commerce results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
