Position OverviewAs the Talent Acquisition Head, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our talented workforce. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across a range of functions. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure we build a diverse, innovative, and high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop, lead, and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and scaling efforts.
- Team Building: Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements. Build a talent acquisition team as the company scales.
- Talent Pipeline: Establish and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions, ensuring continuous engagement with prospective hires.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Design, streamline, and enhance recruitment workflows, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the startup’s brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling recruitment content for social media, job boards, and career websites.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from application to onboarding.
- Global Recruitment: Manage and oversee relocation logistics for international candidates, including visa sponsorship, relocation support, and onboarding processes.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to track hiring metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies based on performance insights.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with UK employment laws and company policies, particularly in relation to hiring foreign workers.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Global Recruitment: Proven experience in recruiting internationally and handling relocation and visa processes.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute talent strategies in alignment with the business objectives of a growing company.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience, with a passion for developing others and building effective teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using modern recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
