CRO / SEO Analyst (Req. English)

Wingz Media, a dynamic marketing and e-commerce company based in Los Angeles, is on the lookout for a talented Developer to join our growing team!

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented CRO Specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing CRO strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize landing pages, user flows, and other web assets to increase performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
• Develop, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages and other digital experiences.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create and implement conversion-focused strategies.
• Build comprehensive reports that communicate testing results and offer actionable insights.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand user behavior and recommend changes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of optimization efforts.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO and UX.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Proven experience as a CRO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing tools.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of user behavior analysis and website usability principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
