Credit Claims:
- Correspond with customers for claims received.
- Input credit claims and raise adjustment notes in Oracle, including consumer (direct) and retailer credits.
- Investigate short deliveries and discrepancies, including liaising with transport companies.
- Obtain proof of delivery (POD) when required by customers and send Claim rejection notices to customers with documentation as proof.
- Input debits/reversals in Oracle of credit claims.
- Input manual claims from customers into Oracle.
- Running Quick Credits to Independent customers on a weekly basis through a loading file.
- Investigate RTS’s and returns to warehouse and raise credits, if required.
- Receipt all goods from claims raised into stock in Oracle.
- Note down invoice numbers on credit claims, collate, sort and file.
- Email adjustment notes to retailers on a daily basis.
- Create Credit Note by matching to the incorrect sales order for wrong sales orders entered by Customer Service.
- Create Sales team sales areas in Oracle.
- Create and update selling pricelists for retailers and consumers as and when required.
- Assist with creating new customer accounts and updating details as and when required.
- Coordinate with HQ IT Department for all Oracle system issues, maintenance and development.
- Provide supporting documentation and explanations to auditors (internal and external).
- Assisting the Financial Reporting Manager in ensuring that internal controls are operating as designed and all relevant documentation is maintained as prescribed by the PepsiCo Global Control Standard (GCS).
- New vendor creation and updates
- Be cross trained in other job areas within the Finance Department to act as cover for staff on annual leave or emergency leave.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Credit Claims to customers
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures
- Previous experience in using major ERP’s. Oracle experience highly desired
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) skills
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Strong attention to detail
- Applicant must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
