Job Description: HR Recruiter and Generalist
Strong CRM is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter and Generalist to join our growing team. This role is a unique blend of recruiting, HR generalist functions, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is pivotal in building a scalable recruiting process, supporting new employee onboarding, and enhancing our employee experience. Additionally, this position will be involved in various HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and special projects that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and Sourcing Candidates: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Build Scalable Recruiting Processes: Design and implement scalable and efficient recruiting processes that align with the company’s growth objectives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding and Training: Support new employee onboarding and training initiatives, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience for all new hires.
- HR Generalist Duties: Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and policy development.
- Employee Engagement and Communications: Drive employee engagement through various initiatives, including Slack posts, awards programs, team-building activities, and regular communication updates.
- Develop Hiring Plans: Research and develop a strategic hiring plan to meet the company’s long-term staffing needs and goals.
- Performance Management: Establish the first round of performance reviews and manage performance review cycles, including coordinating reviews, providing guidance to managers, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
- Manage Company-Wide Meetings: Plan and manage company-wide meetings, such as monthly all-hands meetings
- Plan and Manage Off-Sites: Organize and manage company-wide off-sites, team-building events, and other activities.
- Special Projects: Lead or support cross-functional projects as needed, contributing to the continuous company-wide improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Experience developing and implementing scalable recruiting processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
